One of the most frustrating things about working with the Maryland 23 things on any BCPL computers is the fact that any work must be done in the early morning. The band-width problem is very apparent in the summer months, when it can take almost half an hour to register a Yahoo Account in order to work with Flickr. I only have a dial-up account at home, and that is used primarily by other family members.
